Grammarific App Terms and Conditions Sub Heading

Welcome to Grammarific – the App (“We”,“Us”) developed and published by Pronunciator LLC.

1. Introduction

By using the Grammarific app, you enter into this agreement with Us. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Grammarific app. By using this app, you indicate that you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

2. Services

Our application, Grammarific, offers a unique language-learning experience. With the free version, users have access to all grammar topics. Beyond this, we offer two subscription-based services that provide additional features. These are recurring subscriptions but you may cancel at any time, the service will then terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Subscription

The recurring monthly or recurring annual subscription offers access to all grammar topics, 50 example questions for each topic, unlimited “Dive Deeper” questions, AI Chat for detailed grammatical insights and clarifications, and Phrase Correction to improve your writing skills.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. If cancelled, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. User Information

Email is required for account creation, identification, and login purposes. We do not collect or store any other personal data. Account deletion can be performed through the “Profile” link in the app menu.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may alter these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our app following changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of California, USA.
